I grew up in a family that expresses love through cooking — recipes made from scratch, passed down from generation to generation, kept in notebooks marked by time and by the care of those who wrote them. When life took me far away, it was in food that I found the way to stay connected — to my roots, to my memories, and to the stories that have always been part of me.
Over the years, I said goodbye to some of the women who taught me so much. But what they left behind remains — in the love I carry, in the flavours I preserve, and in every recipe I now recreate with my own touch. Fill & Crave is the continuation of that story. A meeting between tradition and delicacy, between roots and new paths, between memory and experience. Each preparation is a way of keeping alive what I received — and sharing that love in every bite.
